Delphine Mafranc
Delphine has worked for mobile operator and consulting company where she was in charge of recruitment and organisation audit. Delphine has significant international exposure and speaks few languages. Delphine holds a Master degree in Economics and a post-Master degree in Human Ressource from the University of La Sorbonne.
David Mafranc
David has worked at the international level for mobile network operators, infrastructure vendors and chipset manufacturers. He has experience in cellular radio integration, mobile network deployment and optimization, chipset certification and technical support. David holds a Master degree in Physics, a post-Master degree in Information and Video Communication Networks and an Executive MBA from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
